Lance represents the third generation of his family involved in real estate sales and investing. Some of his earliest exposure to the business came from listening to conversations between his mother and her clients and discussing the local market around the family dinner table. Those experiences gave him an appreciation for both the analytical and personal sides of real estate long before entering the profession himself.
Today, Lance continues to deepen that knowledge by closely following the local market, neighborhood development, and the factors influencing buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County.
